Official new fuel prices in Montenegro from 27 October 2026

The official new fuel prices have come into force in Montenegro. The new maximum retail prices apply from Tuesday, 27 October, to Monday, 2 November 2026. The changes go in different directions: both Eurosuper grades are cheaper, while diesel is slightly more expensive.

New maximum prices per litre

  • Eurosuper 95: 1.83 EUR -> 1.81 EUR (-0.02 EUR)
  • Eurosuper 98: 1.86 EUR -> 1.85 EUR (-0.01 EUR)
  • Diesel: 1.97 EUR -> 1.98 EUR (+0.01 EUR)

Eurosuper 95 is therefore 2 cents cheaper per litre and Eurosuper 98 is 1 cent cheaper. Diesel goes up by 1 cent.

Excise duty on diesel

The calculation applies the government’s decision to cut the excise duty on diesel by 20 per cent.

How prices are set

The Ministry of Energy sets the maximum retail fuel prices in Montenegro every week. The new calculation is published on Monday, and the new prices apply from 00:00 on Tuesday. These are the highest permitted prices, so actual prices at individual petrol stations may be lower.

Next calculation

The next calculation is scheduled for Monday, 2 November, and the prices it produces will apply from Tuesday, 3 November 2026.
